No celebration of insects is complete without a bug art show, a component that has been a staple to our event since the first Swarm-to-Table. Alongside our focus on insects in the food and culture, we invite University of Wisconsin-Madison students and local artists alike from a range of practices to participate in this celebration of insects by submitting artwork for display at  Swarm-to-Table on April 13th. This art show will feature insect-positive work by artists who submit pieces that showcase insects outside of stereotypes. How else can the world see insects? In your work, try to challenge the viewers’ point-of-view. We accept 3-D and 2-D submissions of any media and size, so long as an insect theme is incorporated. All are welcome to submit. Artists are also welcome to sell their art at the event.
